Often times, after receiving a bad grade on an assignment or assessment, I simply place my work in a binder and try to forget it ever happened. However, after receiving a rather disappointing score on the Unit 4 Chemistry test, I decided to take a different path this time around. In addition to finding the correct answer to each question I missed, I carefully looked over the concepts I needed a greater understanding of, extending my learning beyond test problems. Rather than focus on my failure, I tried to stay positive, believing that I could grasp the concepts and master the information. I received a satisfying score on my Semester 1 Exam, reflecting the possibilities of continuous learning.
